Working Hours: 37 hours per weekWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Specialist Provision Manager to lead our CHASE team.
About CHASECHASE is SGS College's specialist provision for young people aged 16-25 with high support needs. Our mission is to provide an inclusive, holistic curriculum that builds independence, confidence, resilience, and self-esteem. Learners benefit from bespoke therapies (SALT, OT, Clinical Psychology), sensory spaces, and real-life experiences that prepare them for adulthood pathways-employment, further education, and supported living.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment for learners with complex needs.
- Develop and deliver an innovative curriculum aligned to Preparing for Adulthood outcomes.
- Manage a dedicated team of tutors, therapists, and drivers
- Ensure statutory compliance (SEND Code of Practice, EHCPs) and uphold safeguarding standards.
- Collaborate with local authorities, parents, and external partners to support learner recruitment and progression.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications- Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience teaching learners with a range of disabilities, including PMLD.
- Strong knowledge of SEND frameworks and EHCP processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
