Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only

Role Information:SGS Oasis provides a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for young people aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, Communication and Interaction and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
We offer therapeutic and flexible learning to enable young people to re-engage with education, rebuild confidence, and make meaningful academic and personal progress.
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Reviews Co-ordinator to schedule, chair and minute meetings for Oasis learners including Individual Learning Plan meetings, EHCP Annual Review meetings for Oasis learners and re-integration meetings.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- To monitor and record academic progress and achievements, collating feedback from tutors
- To organise and chair 6 weekly ILP meetings for Oasis learners
- To organise and chair EHCP Annual Reviews in line with statutory requirements
- To be proactive and liaise effectively with curriculum areas across the college
- To be proactive and liaise effectively with all staff in Oasis
- To proactively support academic progression for all Oasis learners
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications- Tracking and recording academic achievement
- Chairing meetings with learners, parents, SEND case coordinators, members of Oasis staff team
- and external agencies
- Writing accurate meeting minutes and sharing them within set time frames
- Providing regular accurate updates to the Education Manager, Provision Lead and any other
- appropriate members of the Oasis staff team
- Maintaining close working relationships with curriculum areas to ensure best outcomes for Oasis learners
