You will work closely with the SENDCo and teaching staff to identify, plan, and deliver support for children with additional needs, ensuring all pupils reach their full potential. Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Track progress for learners within SEND interventions, taking action where necessary
- Help to maintain an accurate SEND register and provision map with the Assistant Principal for SEND and Assistant SENDCo Admin
- Provide guidance to colleagues on supporting pupils with SEN or a disability, when appropriate both within the Foundation Learning Department and the wider school
