Contract: Permanent, 0.8FTE - 4 days per week
Salary: L1-L5 - £39,824.80-£43,951.20 - Annually Actual

Key Responsibilities Include:- Supporting the Headteacher with school improvement planning and implementation.
- Driving high standards of learning and pupil achievement.
- Managing and mentoring staff and contributing to professional development.
- Supporting the cultural ethos and managing pupil behaviour across the school.
- Leading on SEND and Inclusion strategy and provision.
What we are looking for:- At least 2 years of senior leadership experience.
- Strategic vision with a strong commitment to inclusion and excellence.
- The ability to inspire, develop and motivate both staff and pupils.
- A recognised SEND qualification.
