Curriculum Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day running of SGS Sixth. Working closely with our passionate leadership team, you will be the go-to person for essential administrative support. From helping staff stay organised, to supporting current learners, to showcasing our Sixth Form to future students - your work will help shape the experience of everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities - Administrative support to leadership such as managing scheduling, purchasing, preparing documents and internal communications.
- Learner engagement and support, serving as a key point of contact to the students for any queries.
- Admissions and applicant communication, responding to enquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Marketing and promotion, helping with recruitment for student intake.
- Attendance monitoring and learner tracking, flagging any concerns to relevant staff.
- Staff support and coordination, providing administrative support to teaching staff and helping to organise meetings and events
- Meeting and event administration, including taking minutes, managing follow up actions and coordinating logistics for Sixth Form.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications - GCSE English and Maths (Essential)
- Level 3 qualification in Administration (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Proficient IT Skills, including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Sixth Form Operations
- Strong Customer Service Skills
