Are you an outstanding classroom practitioner, emotionally intelligent leader and have experience of working in a school leadership role?
We have up to four seconded positions to work alongside our Academy Improvement Lead for Quality of Education to drive sustainable and measurable improvements in pedagogy across our academies, during the 2025/26 academic year.
These exciting and developmental roles demand the experience and expertise to support the Academy Improvement Lead for Quality of Education to deliver Continued Professional Development, implement Instructional Coaching and Deliberate Practice in order to drive long term sustainable academy improvement and ensure outstanding outcomes for our pupils.
Individuals will be seconded for one day per week, which will include working in identified Trust academies and will involve regularly delivering CPD sessions after school.
In order to be considered for one of these secondment opportunities, you must first obtain permission from your Headteacher and Academy Improvement Lead (or line manager if Central Team) to ensure that there is the capacity for your release.
