Due to exciting internal promotions within our Education Team, we now have two
Headteacher opportunities available in our thriving
Multi Academy Trust in North Suffolk. Whether you are an experienced Headteacher or stepping into headship for the first time, we want to hear from you.
This isn't just a job. This is a calling.
We're looking for
hearts-led leaders who believe in the transformative power of education - and who want to be part of something much bigger than themselves. People who want to
change lives and build brighter futures for children who deserve the very best.
Whether you're an experienced Headteacher or ready to step into headship for the first time, this is a rare chance to make your mark in an organisation where
values aren't wallpaper - they're the walls. We're building schools where children are known, loved and championed… and where adults are trusted, empowered and supported, where courageous leadership and collaboration aren't just welcomed - they're essential.
You'll be surrounded by a
team-first culture - where support, shared purpose, and joy in the work are central. You won't be doing this alone.
If you're dreaming of a leadership role where:
- You're not isolated, but part of a strong, kind team
- Your voice matters as much as your data
- And the kettle is always on (tea or coffee, no judgment)
Get in touch today. Let's talk about the future you could help shape - one child, one school, one joyful, purposeful step at a time.

To ensure we recruit and retain the best talent, all new employees recruited to the Active Learning Trust (leadership, teaching and support staff) will be subject to a 6 months' probation period at the start of their employment (except for Early Career Teachers who are subject to a Statutory Induction Period). This policy aims to assess new employees' alignment with our culture, teaching standards, and student needs. It is designed to foster success; with regular evaluations and support mechanisms in place, helping us to identify and nurture talent.
We value diversity and welcome applications from all, including those with protected characteristics under the Equality Act. Flexible working will be considered for all roles deemed suitable .
