We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Pastoral Leader to join our committed team at Chantry Academy. This is a key position, responsible for the pastoral care and academic development of students within a designated year group, ensuring they thrive both personally and academically in a supportive and inclusive environment.Job title: Pastoral Leader

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary:£31,650.00-£49,084.00 - Annually (Actual) - plus TLR2b £5,686 per annum

As a Pastoral Leader, you will:- Lead, inspire and support a year team to promote student well-being, behaviour, and attendance.
- Actively contribute to the strategic development of the academy, helping to raise standards and drive student progress.
- Be a visible and proactive presence around the school, modelling high expectations and fostering a positive school culture.
What We're Looking For:- Someone who has a proven track record of leadership and pastoral success in a secondary school setting.
- Who can demonstrate the ability to manage student support strategies effectively.
- Someone who possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external agencies.
