Key Responsibilities includes:- Provide day-to-day administrative support including data entry, word processing, and report production
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and external agencies
- Support the admissions process and monitor pupil attendance
- Maintain and update records and systems
What We're Looking For:- Previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within a school or education setting
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- A friendly and professional manner with a commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
