Head of Marketing, Communications and Digital (MarComms)

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Marketing and Communications to lead the strategic direction and day to day execution of Laytmer’s brand, communications and digital engagement. Reporting to the Head, this is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and delivering a bold, integrated communications strategy that enhances reputation, deepens stakeholder engagement and reflects the ambition and ethos of Latymer Upper and Prep School.
You will be the School’s strategic lead on all marketing and communications activity – building brand value, leading reputation management and championing innovation in content, channels and thought leadership.
You will report directly to the Head and have strategic and day to day oversight of the entire Communications and Marketing function; providing strategic input, support and advice alongside day to day administration and leadership of the Marcomms function.
