About the RoleSGS Sixth is the Sixth Form hub of SGS College, supporting over 500 A Level learners. We offer an innovative, high-achieving curriculum within a supportive, inspiring environment.
We are seeking a
Curriculum Administrator to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, supporting students, staff, and prospective applicants alike.
Your contributions will help shape the student experience from first contact through to academic success.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Provide admin support to leadership: scheduling, purchasing, document prep, and communications
- Act as a key contact for learners with day-to-day queries
- Support admissions by responding to applicant and parent enquiries
- Assist with Sixth Form marketing and recruitment activities
- Track attendance and raise concerns as needed
- Support teaching staff with admin, meeting coordination, and event prep
- Take minutes, manage action points, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications- GCSE English and Maths (Essential)
- Level 3 Administration qualification (or relevant experience)
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of Sixth Form operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
