To help us realise this vision we are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our Property & Estates team at Oasis Community Learning and become part of the Oasis Global family.
About the Role We are looking for someone to deliver projects across the organisation's portfolio of Capital Projects under the direction of the Head of Capital Projects. This will include capital projects, new academies joining Oasis, new free schools and other significant organisational change projects. The role will require excellent project management skills and will involve liaising at all levels internally as well as working externally with Local Authorities, the DfE and other external contractors.
The role can be remote based or at one of our regional offices, with the need for travel to academies and external meetings across the UK as necessary for the effective delivery of the job. Travel expenses will be redeemable.

What are we looking for? A full job description is attached but in summary:
- Experience of building projects & working with consultants (Architects, Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, M&E Consultants)
- Proven experience of seeing a project through to completion, achieving project outcomes.
- The ability to plan, monitor and provide effective reporting on the progress of projects including budget management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A self-starter and proactive, with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Someone aligned and passionate about the ethos and values of the organisation.

Salary: SCP 35 - 39 (National & Outer London), 36 - 40 (Inner London) plus local government pension and expenses
