Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Salary: Grade B pro rata
Hours: 32.5 hours per week for 39 weeks per year, Monday - Friday,
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant or Graduate wishing to pursue a career in teaching, to work alongside the classroom teachers in our 'Outstanding' Primary. The ideal applicants will preferably have a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or a degree if they aspire to train to be a teacher in the future and have experience of working with children. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking, creative practitioners, able to motivate pupils. It is desirable that candidates have grade C or equivalent in English and Maths GCSE, a good level of spoken English, are a good team member and are able to develop positive behaviour strategies with children. As an outstanding school we are able to provide you with excellent opportunities to develop further.
