This is a key role to support the senior staff of King's International in various aspects. The International Administrator will collaborate closely with the whole King's International team as well as work independently.

Strategic Support & Coordination- Manage diaries for senior King's International staff, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Plan ahead for the week, term, and year by entering key dates and recurring events into calendars.
- Support the preparation of presentations and coordination of King's International networking events.
- Assist with the collation and production of papers and minute-taking for committee meetings in overseas schools.
- Assist with planning and administration of the King's Camp, including on-the-ground support to ensure smooth operations.
Project Management- Assist in developing and tracking project plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Organise meetings with external partners and circulate relevant paperwork in advance.
- Draft accurate and timely meeting minutes; maintain action logs and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Support the delivery of project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to drafting and achieving project deliverables to a high standard.
Staff Recruitment- Provide administrative support for international teacher recruitment.
- Maintain and analyse candidate databases to inform recruitment strategy.
- Support the organisation of online and in-person recruitment events.
Partner School Visits & Quality Audits- Organise and manage the administrative aspects of online and in-person quality audits.
- Support follow-up activities including drafting reports in the King's house style.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for King's International staff visiting partner schools.
- Plan and organise visits from existing and prospective partner schools to King's College School, Wimbledon.
Communications & Newsletters- Support the Head of Marketing in creating content about King's International and its network of schools for newsletters and publications.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of King's International newsletters across the school network.
Meeting & Event Preparation- Prepare for regular and ad hoc meetings: book rooms, draft agendas, prepare documents, and take minutes.
Team Administration- Maintain the weekly fire log.
- Oversee and analyse the weekly staff hours tracking document.
- Carry out digital filing and maintain records of key communications.
