We are looking for a Student Services Support Co-ordinator to join our administration team and play a key role in providing a professional and efficient student services function. This varied role covers student support, first aid and the administration of student medications, ensuring that pupils receive the highest standard of care throughout the school day.
You will be the first point of contact for students requiring support, liaising with the Pastoral Team and wider staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Student Services area. The role also includes coordinating student medical arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and taking a lead on first aid provision across the school.
This position would suit someone who:
- Enjoys working in a busy, student facing environment
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Can remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrates care, empathy, and professionalism when supporting students
- Holds (or is willing to undertake) First Aid and Medication Administration training
