Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, ensuring students stay on task, managing classroom behaviour, and providing a safe and productive learning environment. You'll be a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with both students and staff, supporting the overall educational experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to varying classroom situations.
Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, but not essential. Full training will be provided, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in education or gain valuable experience.
