United Kingdom £13.05 per hour Full Time or Part Time Immediate Start Are you flexible, reliable, and confident working independently? We're looking for a colleague to support our lettings provision at Lift Tendring.
In this role, you will: - Open and securely lock up the school facilities.
- Meet and greet hirers, ensuring facilities and equipment are prepared.
- Supervise lettings to make sure spaces are used appropriately and safely.
- Be on hand to support hirers during your shift, responding to any issues that arise.
- Carry out cleaning duties as required, keeping the site safe and presentable.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, including responding to emergencies such as fire alarms or accidents.
- Record and report any incidents, damage, or concerns.
We are looking for someone who: - Has good communication skills and can engage professionally with members of the public.
- Is confident working alone and taking responsibility for the site.
- Remains calm under pressure and can take appropriate action in emergencies.
- I s flexible and willing to support lettings at short notice where required.
- Has the organisational skills to manage lettings timetables and prioritise tasks.
- Is happy to undertake some cleaning duties to maintain high standards across the site.
- Is comfortable using email and basic IT systems to access timetables and report issues.
