In this rewarding and community focused role, you will be instrumental in building meaningful links between the school and the families we support. You will work closely with parents and carers to encourage active involvement in their child's learning, growth and wellbeing, while identifying families who may benefit from additional guidance. Through tailored support including home visits and collaboration with school staff and external agencies you will help remove barriers to engagement, strengthen attendance, and connect families to wider educational and community services.
About Lift Clacton Lift Clacton is a rapidly improving school at the heart of the community and recently achieved 'Good' (June 2024). The school has experienced significant growth and improvement with student numbers now over 1,500.
