Crucially, you possess proven skills in project implementation and the ability to effectively coach, challenge, and support senior school leaders to implement a PD curriculum which enhances children's lives. Experience in codifying and sharing best practice through professional documentation is essential. Furthermore, candidates must have a commitment to inclusive practice, ensuring PD provision effectively supports pupils with SEND and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, working collaboratively with our inclusion teams
This is a crucial leadership position where you will directly shape the educational experience and wellbeing of primary pupils across our Trust. You will collaborate closely with a network of committed primary colleagues within a highly supportive culture.
This role is offered as a 1 year Fixed Term contract and as either an external appointment or as an internal secondment opportunity for one day per week.

OUR 'HOW?' is through the highest support and challenge for our schools and each other, underpinned by our principles.
Our employees benefit from a wide variety of support including extensive continuing professional learning and development opportunities, wellbeing and staff networks and access to Defined Benefit Pension Schemes (TPS and LGPS) for all staff.
