The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the academy, contributing to an environment where every pupil can thrive. Whether in administration, operations, pastoral support or specialist services, your work will directly support our mission to deliver the best possible education.
About You - Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work with small groups or whole classes.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Calm, patient with a good sense of humour.
- Ability to promote and safeguard the welfare of students.
- Organisational skills.
