We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Curriculum Administrator to join our dynamic Pre Access and Access to Higher Education team at Filton Campus. This pivotal role involves providing frontline support to often vulnerable adult learners, managing student enquiries, and delivering comprehensive administrative assistance across the department. You'll work closely with the Access to HE Coordinator, course leads, tutors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth application and enrolment processes, accurate data tracking, and efficient coordination of financial tasks. With 100 learners and 6 courses, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced educational environment. Key Tasks and Responsibilities - Provide frontline support of learners, handling day-to-day student enquiries and act as the central point of contact for external and internal enquiries Work closely with department staff and LAM/AP to provide administrative support in tracking learners.
- Work closely with Assistant Principal/Director, Learning Area Managers, Team Leader, Programme Leads and Tutors to provide administrative support in tracking learners (Learner database, SLAs, contextualised statements, marking records).
- Process and track learner's enrolment forms or student data.
- Monitor learner achievement and completions and work with departments for accuracy of recording.
- Co-ordinate financial aspects of the area, including invoicing and order processing.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications - GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
- Level 3 Administration or equivalent
- Experience of working with financial systems
- Knowledge of the Further Education sector
- Knowledge of supporting adult learning areas
- IT Literate (especially proficient in the use of Excel, Word and MS Teams)
