Your Role and Contribution
As Skilled Gardener, you will help maintain and enhance the beauty and biodiversity of our historic gardens and natural spaces. From formal lawns and ornamental borders to woodlands and lakes, you will ensure that every area is presented to exceptional horticultural standards. Working with a dedicated team and modern equipment, you will combine traditional skills with sustainable practices, contributing to initiatives that protect and enrich our unique environment. Seasonal tasks, such as planting, pruning, and winter maintenance, will form part of your varied and rewarding role.
This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week, offering flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to the upkeep of one of the most beautiful school campuses in the country.
