We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic entrepreneur with a background of running your own business to join us as a Programme Coach and share business owner experience to advise others.
About the RoleThis role is offered on a hourly paid basis.
As a Visionnaire Start Your Own Business Programme Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative sessions over Microsoft Teams and/or London based in person delivery. Your role involves teaching, student support, and contributing to the overall success of the programme.
About YouWe're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You will be expected to:
- Teach groups using Visionnaire standard training materials.
- Maintain records and statistical checks related to teaching, including enrolment and attendance records.
- Act as the main point of reference for students, providing educational and welfare guidance.
- Assist students in preparing individual action plans including Individual Learning Plans if delivering accredited courses and track their progress.
- Participate in activities to publicise courses.
- Assist in planning and developing courses and materials.
- Contribute to employer liaison, maintaining standards, and joint action planning.
- Provide advice and guidance to prospective students, including participation in enrolment and induction processes.
Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
