https://www.sgscol.ac.uk/ Key Tasks and Responsibilities - Provide high-quality administrative support to the curriculum area, with a strong focus on accurate data input across student records, finance and course information systems.
- Support admissions and recruitment processes, including managing applications, coordinating audition administration and maintaining clear, professional communication with applicants.
- Input, monitor and track financial data, including budgets, invoices, purchase orders and expenditure, ensuring accuracy and compliance with college financial procedures.
- Maintain accurate records relating to enrolment, attendance, timetabling, assessments and learner progress, producing reports as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for students, staff and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Undertake any other administrative or support duties commensurate with the role, as required to support the effective delivery of the curriculum and wider college operations.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in an administrative role involving high-volume data input, ideally within an education, arts or public-sector environment.
- Experience of financial administration, including budget tracking, invoice processing or monitoring expenditure.
- Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and management information or finance systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, including admissions and recruitment activity.
- Clear, professional written communication skills, with experience handling applicant or student correspondence.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
