Do you believe every child deserves the chance to learn, thrive and belong?
Are you ready to make a difference in young people's lives - even if you've never worked in a school before?
If you answered yes, then we want to hear from you
Lipson Co-operative Academy is a school at the heart of its community, committed to ensuring that every student is supported to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally, no matter what it takes! As an Inclusion Keyworker, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and fully access education.
This is a hands-on, people-centred role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with students - individually and in small groups - providing pastoral support, behaviour guidance, and targeted interventions, while collaborating with teachers, families, and wider support services.
You will be a trusted adult who helps students feel safe, supported, and understood.
Award-Winning Culture In 2025, Lipson secured seven regional and national awards for staff and student satisfaction, reflecting our commitment to listening, improving and creating an exceptional environment for both colleagues and young people.
Our Edurio results speak for themselves:
"100% of staff would recommend Lipson as a good place to work", Edurio staff survey December 2025
This places us in the
top 10 nationally for staff voice and parental confidence, and in the
top 10 regionally for the Trusted Leadership Award. This is a place where people love to work - and where your contribution truly matters.
