Why This Role Is Special- Lead the strategic SEND provision and statutory responsibilities across the school
- Oversee EHCP applications and reviews, safeguarding, and medical provision
- Line-manage SEND staff and support their professional development
Work closely with external agencies to ensure the highest quality provision - Influence long-term outcomes for children with EHCPs

About You- NASENCO-qualified teacher with strong SEND experience
- Passionate about child-centred, evidence-informed practice
- Reflective practitioner who wants to grow as a leader
- Collaborative, highly organised, and calm under pressure
- Skilled at working with parents, professionals, and LSAs
