The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and motivated Reading Leader to join our dedicated team. This exciting new role at King's Lynn Academy has two main responsibilities.

This will be achieved by promoting competitions to incentivise and reward reading, organising events to celebrate a diverse range of interesting stories, and fostering partnerships with relevant organisations in the wider community to further pupils' experience of reading.
Secondly, to coordinate programmes to improve pupils' reading proficiency. This work will contribute to the academy's broader ambition of ensuring all pupils are able to read to the expected standard of their age and fully access the world around them.
