Are you caring, reliable, and enjoy working with children? We're looking for a Playworker to join our friendly and supportive team at Cranbrook Education Campus.
As a Playworker, you'll play an important part in creating a safe, happy, and inclusive environment during lunchtime.
Your role will include:
- Supervising children in the atrium, playground, and during wet weather indoors
- Encouraging healthy eating and positive social interactions
- Supporting younger pupils with eating, hygiene, and routines
- Promoting good behaviour and following school policies
- Helping to set up and tidy away before and after lunch
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children
- Is kind, patient, and dependable
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a good sense of humour and a caring nature
- Can be flexible and use initiative when needed
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
