Wellington College International is seeking an experienced and globally minded senior leader to help guide the next phase of development across its expanding family of international schools. Located in Crowthorne, Berkshire, with train and bus links providing easy access to transport connections, this role sits at the centre of a purposeful and outward‑looking team committed to supporting high‑quality education around the world.
As International Director, you will play a key role in nurturing strong and effective partnerships across regions, ensuring that each school benefits from clear guidance, thoughtful challenge and a collaborative approach rooted in shared standards. You will support the Managing Director in maintaining the quality, coherence and integrity of the WCI network, helping partner schools deliver a premium educational experience that reflects the Wellington identity within their own local contexts. Your work will contribute to governance, school improvement, strategic growth and the development of new projects, ensuring that leaders and partners across the group feel supported, connected and well‑informed.
This is a senior and wide‑ranging position, offering the chance to influence the direction of a global organisation. You will travel regularly to partner schools, offering insight, building strong relationships and representing WCI with professionalism, cultural sensitivity and confidence. You will help shape processes that underpin quality assurance and operational effectiveness across the network, contributing to the continuous development of schools and supporting the creation of new ones. Collaboration is central to this role, and you will work closely with colleagues across WCI and Wellington College Education to draw together expertise that supports sustainable international growth.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a global educational mission and to support schools that are united by shared ambition and a belief in the power of international collaboration.
