Key Tasks and Responsibilities - Support recruitment of Bricklaying apprenticeships
- Responsibility for a cohort of Bricklaying apprentices
- Support the continued improvement SGS Apprenticeships
- Develop Apprentices knowledge, skills and behaviours
- Liaise with employers
- To observe and have responsibility for the College Health and Safety policies. This includes the duty to take reasonable care to avoid injury to themselves or others by their work activities or omissions, and to co-operate with their Employer in the discharge of its statutory duties.
- Any other duties required by the line manager or Head of Sector that are commensurate with the grade.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications - A relevant trade qualification NVQ and or Apprenticeship in Bricklaying with relevant experience working onsite in the Construction Industry.
