Job Purpose:
Supporting leadership and management across RLT schools to develop effective collaborative approaches to PE and co-curricular activities across the trust.
- Build on current, and establish new, rich and exciting cross-trust PE opportunities for RLT primary pupils
- Support school leaders and colleagues co-ordinating PE within individual schools
- Maintain and further develop the existing PE network across RLT primary schools, facilitating communication, sharing of best practice and leading network meetings
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external sport providers and agencies to develop enhanced sporting activities across the trust
- Lead on established PE events and activities
- Devise, organise and deliver further cross-trust PE competitions and appropriate activities
- Prepare an action plan for enrichment
- Communicate effectively with the SCPs/DDoE to deliver the action plan
- Provide feedback to schools, the CEO and the Trust Board as necessary on progress against the action plan.
