Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference through teaching? Neale-Wade Academy are looking for an ambitious Third in Maths to support the hard-working Mathematics department.
About the role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning and development of our pupils, while contributing to the overall ethos and success of the academy.
As the Third in Maths, you will support the coordination of curriculum development and teaching and learning. You will also be responsible for creating opportunities for sharing good practice, informing staff of new resources and manage a bank of suitable learning resources.
Key responsibilities:
Work with the faculty in curriculum developments with regard to new initiatives, ensuring that pupils have an understanding of all assessment requirements.
Monitor progress of students and manage staff intervention with students identified as likely to underachieve.
Where appropriate to liaise with agencies outside the school - local industry, community, primary schools and other professional bodies to broaden the curriculum.
