We are seeking a motivated, independent, and highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to support the development of the St Paul's School Research Centre for the Education of Boys. The successful candidate will contribute to the Centre's research programme through independent scholarship, collaborative projects, and the dissemination of research findings to both academic and practitioner audiences. This role offers an opportunity to help shape an emerging research centre focused on improving educational outcomes for boys through rigorous, evidence-based research. This fellowship is one year fixed term, and renewable for a second year.
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week), with occasional evening/weekend working to meet operational needs. Flexibility required for out‑of‑hours meetings or site issues.
