We have an exciting opportunity within our Events department who are looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Events & Lets Co-Ordinator.
About the role:
You will join on a Full time, permanent basis (35 hours per week).
The postholder will assist with the sales process, administration, planning, and execution of residential and non-residential commercial lets for Wellington College.

Key responsibilities (Including but not limited to; see job description for full requirements):
- Assist the Commercial Lets Events Manager with the sales, development and management of the commercial lets business
- Provide events experience and logistical/marketing support to the business
- Operationally coordinate events as a lead contact for external clients
- Log all enquiries onto our internal booking system - KX
Person Specification
The successful incumbent must have:
- Events management organisation
- Use of events booking systems
- Marketing (ideally creative design)
- Customer service
- Experience of venue sales, including conference and banqueting
- Must be able to handle large amounts of administration/data input
